I hate when people do that. I confronted a guy I went to school with about why he throws his butts out the window. His answer? "I don't want my car to smell." Uh, HELLO! I hate it. My MIL is coming to stay for a while. She smokes on the porch, but she smells like a bar when she comes back in so it's not much relief. I hate when she tries to hug my kids. Ick. I often see smokers throw butts on the ground when there is a bin right in front of them. It's like they don't see it as rubbish. Would they throw other rubbish on the ground as readily as they do butts! I don't think so... (*grin* sorry for the rant.
