<description>Don't be sad, Jennic. There are a lot of extremely talented people out there. Those stuff are actually put into used. They fix them up and sell them so it can be used by children in the third world countries. Well, not all of them. I would like to think it's most of them.

That's why I voted for James Burgett for CNN Heroes. He is a hero to thousands of people who otherwise could not afford a computer. Burgett’s California nonprofit has repaired thousands of broken or discarded computers and donated them to schools, groups and individuals around the world.

Isn't that amazing? So, it would be devastating if the waste is used to fill landfills. But if they are put into used by others who would otherwise couldn't afford to, that's just marvelous!

<description>I couldn't agree more. In just cell phones alone, I have a huge pile of them that I still need to dispose of properly. Sadly, many cell phones are not made well, and they break easily. Since my last replacement, I've vowed to use it for as long as possible. No matter how bad I want a CrackBerry!
