This is the day - IA caucus
Thursday, January 3rd, 2008The caucus is taking place right here in Iowa today. Tonight. All eyes from the nation lands on Iowa. That’s quite a lot of pressure!
I’m wondering whether I should go. I’ve never been to one before, even though this would be the 4th caucus since I’ve become of legal voting age. I was living in another state for the last 2 though so cross out 2. I imagine people will be all riled up with plenty of issues to talk about, and tons more people trying to convince those who are still on the fence.
It doesn’t help that it takes place around the kids’ bedtime.
