Happy New Year

This is a back dated post.

What’s the point of new year resolutions? Is it to show the world that we are capable to coming up with a to-do list that is just too much to upkeep, for whatever reason? Is coming up with the list in itself sufficient to (attempt to) relieve some guilt for the next 11.5 months? Most people I know who make new year’s resolutions tend to either break nearly every one of them by the 3rd month, or by the 3rd week.

Myself included.

That said, my resolutions for this year are not very complicated, however achievable they are is entirely another story. But if I keep at them, they’re all doable, I think, I hope.

For my family:
* To communicate better with each other. Don’t assume things if they are not actually said or done.
* To get together with families more often at least once a month.
* To do at least one fun activity every week, and learn how to swim / have the kids learn how to swim.

For the business:
* To have better marketing / PR.
* To grow ten fold.
* To hire one (part-time) employee.

For myself:
* Do things more efficiently so I can utilize/manage time better.
* To have better sleep schedules.
* To eat better.
