		<description>I don't know if you can do lowlights with black hair because I think lowlights are  streaks that are darker then you hair color. I could be wrong though.

I find that layers between my shoulder and chin work good on my round face.</description>

I go for dramatic hair changes as often as possible-- my philosophy is that it will grow back or I will learn to be cute without it. (I have shaved it down to nothing, too, after some unfortunate home dyeing experiments...it was no maintenance and every so often I think I should try it again.) I often tell my stylist to go crazy and try whatever she likes. I get cuts I'd never have tried before, and they're usually much better than what I would have asked for.</description>
