We mostly have short notice for showings, which is hard since it takes me an hour to get home and get the dog out. Once someone was outside our door wanting to go in, I said no to that one. We had someone look at the house for 30 minutes last week, and heard nothing back. Showings just suck, I can't imagine how it is with two little ones. The cleaning never seems to be enough. I hope you get an offer really soon, I know your market is better than mine so you shouldn't have to wait to much longer:-) What a beautiful house.
