Easy delicious apple cake
Hubby is the baker of the family. But this recipe is easy enough even I can do it, and it’s sooooo good. You can reduce the sugar to 1 cup and it’ll still be pretty good. Enjoy!

4-5 cups diced apples (I used EIGHT cups and it was delicious!)
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 eggs, well beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
* Heat oven to 350 degrees.
* Mix apples and sugar.
* Add oil, nuts, eggs, and vanilla.
* Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to apple mixture evenly.
* Bake in a greased 13×9 inch pan for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Eat it while warm is best. Top it with vanilla ice cream is even better! ![]()

That looks good! I like anything with apples and cinnamon in it.
