I agree that in a way it is good they're reenforcing the idea that it could be anyone, even ones we thought were 'good' people. It was disturbing and difficult to wrap my mind around, even if it's fictional.

Is the neighbor some kind of pedophile? If he is, than I agree that it's good they are illustrating the point that it could be anyone.

I totally agree with you about DH last night. eep. I actually was worried at first because I thought they my be making him into a love interest for Lynette and I really didn't want that.

I used to work at a Women's Resource center so I am far to familiar with the idea that it could be anyone, so I just usually have my eyes open for clues anyway. The second I saw that train set I knew something might be up. I have to say though I am surprised that they did go there with the show.

I must say, however I am a bit glad they did. It's such a touchy subject and even though many times it is family members who abuse I'm glad they didn't go out of their way to create a creepy character. This was someone we all thought we could like. He's friendly, helpful, good with children (eek) and he saved Lynette's life. So I am glad they are reinforcing the idea that it could be anyone and we all need to stay alert of any and all signs something could be wrong and to never ignore warning signs.

So as much as I don't want to hear about this sort of thing and it chills me to the core I am glad that they aren't taking the easy way out with it, though I am very nervous to see where the storyline goes.

If you need something light to read now, which I know I did feel free to check out my post for today. haha. It's about Gwen Stefani's new song.
