To my Seattle / Vancouver / Bay area readers

I don’t imagine hauling two small children around as a vacation, but that’s what we’ll be doing in the up coming future. It will be our first vacation in nearly two years. And there’s nothing that beats having a local tell you things regarding a place. So if you could kindly provide some hints or whatnots, I would be eternally greatful.

- How is rush hour traffic? And what are the time frames of ‘bad traffic’?

- Which route(s) to absolutely avoid during rush hours?

- What are the must-see, must-do things?

- What are some hidden gems that a tourist wouldn’t be able to find easily?

- Best restaurants? (must be kid-friendly)

- Best sushi in town?

- (Seattl-specific) Which bridge is better / easier for getting across, 520 or 90?
