Ouch.

Miss Fiona will be 6 months old next Monday. She has been growing her chompers in the last 2.5 weeks. And she used them today. A lot.

She’s also fighting a cold, cough, stuffy / runny nose. Plus a little bit of fever here and there as if those aren’t not fun enough.

I am ready to break open the pump, or to wean altogether (most kidding but..). I cannot stand the biting. Do you have any advice in stopping this biting?? Please???

Just passing through, but wanted to encourage you with the BF. A good friend told me she had the same problem with her dd at 6-7 months. To stop the child biting, she would pull baby’s head very close to the boob, so that her nose was blocked by the boob. The baby then had to stop biting and breathe. She did this about twice (and was careful not to react with shrieking or anything) and her dd quit biting.

    Good luck!–>
