And I was like...shouldn't we do it based on, I dunno BMI??? Or something a bit better than that even? Guess not!! I 'cheated' on purpose to 'pass' the test so I wouldn't have any more complications put on my file. Eating protein right before I drank my goo, but didn't drink anything during the test. Water was fine on my form, it encouraged it so you didn't pass out. I think I did have a few drinks of cold water now that I'm considering it. I think you're doing perfectly!! Best wishes to you!
