As for the meds, I think you've got to decide what's best for you and stick with it. I'm moving back to my script reflux drugs, which is a B3, and while that has my husband worried (B3 is like 1 step away from C) I really can't get away with Zantac anymore, so I'm just going to accept it's what I need and that's working for me. I’m moving back to my script reflux drugs, which is a B3, and while that has my husband worried (B3 is like 1 step away from C) I really can’t get away with Zantac anymore, so I’m just going to accept it’s what I need and that’s working for me.
