I wanted to answer your questions. The truck is fine. Thank goodness. We got around 30 inches of snow at my job, by the house closer to 28 inches. Tell me what kind of recipes you want and I will send you a bunch.

Hey, your link isn’t working. I live near one of the fattest cities in the US. Is it along those lines? I also live in the 7th most stressful city in the US, according to Sperling. 5 more months in this awful shithole–a real model of urban decay and decrepitude (sp?).

Nice to see the link is working. Yup, my shithole ranks toward the bottom with a D+. This city also holds the distinction of being the syphilis capital of the US? Who the hell gets syphilis anymore? Hey, keeps DH busy…
To back up this city’s ranking, DH and I were eating out and overheard this conversation:
Person A: Hey, man, where’ve you been?
Person B: Dude, you act like I was gone for a few days. I was in Delaware for 2 months! Two months, man.
Person A: Huh? Where’s that?
Person B: You know, DELAWARE! THE STATE? Dude! Get your continents, countries right, um, you know what I mean…It’s a state! You’ve got to learn that shit! (I think he had just figured out that for himself)
At this point, DH spewed out his sandwich on the table and started laughing uncontrollably with tears streaming down his face.
Person A: (defensively)I know it’s a state! I just thought…whatever.
